4. Fix the corrupt system files

1. Press the Win key to open the Start menu.
2. Open Command Prompt as an admin.
3. Type the below command and press Enter: sfc /scannow
4. Wait for System File Checker to fix the corrupt system files.
5. Type the below commands and press Enter after each one: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

1. Open the Start menu by pressing the Win key.
2. Open Turn Windows features on or off option.
3. Locate and check the Windows HyperVision Platform box, then hit OK.

1. Press the Win + R keys to open the Run dialogue.
2. Type ncpa.cpl and press OK.
3. Double-click on your network adapter.
4. Click on Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4) and tap on Properties.
5. Click on Use the following DNS server addresses radio button.
6. Enter the below values to use the Google DNS:
   • Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
   • Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
7. Check the box for Validate settings upon exit and click OK.
