2. Insert a blank DVD or 4 GB USB drive. The USB storage device needs to be at least 4GB large. Make sure you don’t have important files stored on it because all of the data will be deleted.
3. Launch the Windows DVD/USB Download tool and load your ISO file.
4. Follow the instructions to create the disc or USB drive. This may take a bit longer to complete, but when it’s done you’ll have a fully-functional Windows 7 installation disc.

You can use Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool to get a clean version of the OS.
