How come my Bluetooth speakers get paired but aren’t connected?
Bluetooth connection issues can arise because certain required services are either disabled or not correctly configured. The Bluetooth Support and Handsfree Service are two important Bluetooth services that need to be running. Enabling or restarting those services are potential resolutions.
Or there might be a Bluetooth driver error that needs resolving. That can happen when your PC has an outdated or faulty wireless Bluetooth driver. Reinstalling or updating your PCs’ Bluetooth driver will likely fix that.
Don’t ask me why, but the Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator is also known to cause Bluetooth device connection issues. Users have said that disabling that device can fix paired Bluetooth devices not connecting, and we’ve compiled the best methods in this guide.

In other more extreme cases, even if the PC connects optimally to the speaker, once it does, there is no sound coming out.
