Along with the new Intel-based Surface Laptop 7 and Surface Pro 11, which introduce 5G connections to the series, Microsoft also released the new Surface USB4 Dock for Business, and we thoroughly recommend it to you, as it has one of the best balances of quality-price on the market right now.
The new Surface USB4 Dock has a power supply input for charging, 4 USB-C slots for various connectivities, 1 USB-A port, 1 HDMITM 2.1 port, 1 Ethernet port, and security lock support. It is compatible with multiple Surface devices, including Intel and Qualcomm-based Copilot+ PC Surface, Surface Pro 10, Laptop 6, Laptop 5, Pro 8, and Pro 9.
The best news is that this dock is actually cheaper than the other ones released by Microsoft. At $199, you get a fully equipped dock with every port you need to connect your Surface laptop to any monitor or peripheral.
It is now available to pre-order, and you can do so here. It will be shipped starting February 18.
