1. Press the Windows key, type CMD, and click Run as administrator.
2. Type the following command to repair Windows system files and press Enter: sfc/scannow
3. Once the scan is complete, copy and paste the following command to restore the Windows image and press Enter: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

4. Check the Debug settings

1. Open the Run console and type sysdm.cpl to open System Properties.
2. Go to the Advanced tab, under Startup and Recovery, and click Settings.
3. Under Write debugging information, select Complete memory dump.
4. Click OK to confirm your choice and restart your computer.

5. Update the device driver

1. Press Windows + R to open the Run window.
2. Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter to open Device Manager.
3. Look for any driver with a yellow driver on the icon, right-click it, and select Update driver.
4. On the next window, click Search automatically for drivers.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

6. Scan for viruses or malware

1. Press the Windows key, type Windows Security, and click Open.
2. Go to Virus & threat protection and click Scan options.
