4. Clear app’s cache

  1. Close the Blizzard app completely. This includes closing the client from the notification area, too.
  2. Right-click on the Taskbar and open Task Manager.
  3. Kill all Blizzard app-related processes.
  4. Now, navigate to the system partition (C:).
