1. Run the launcher as administrator

3. Reset network

  3. Restart your computer and try running Jagex again.

4. Repair Jagex

  1. Go to Settings and select Apps>Installed Apps.apps- installed apps
  2. In the list, locate the Jagex Launcher.
  3. Click on the ellipsis next to it and select Uninstall.uninstall jagex
