copilot rich artifacts

Microsoft will add rich artifacts in Copilot Pages on its 365 Suite, that will allow users and commercial customers to access AI for various content-related strategies and plans.

As announced in a recent entry to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, users can create detailed and interactive content like charts, tables, diagrams, and code with Copilot by using business data (enterprise data) or the internet (web data).

The content can be added to Pages for further editing and improvement with Copilot. It is also interactive and stays updated across Microsoft 365 when shared with others for collaborative work.

Here’s what the entry says:

You can now create rich artifacts, including interactive charts, tables, complex diagrams, and code created with Copilot from enterprise or web data. Artifacts can be added to Pages to further edit and refine with Copilot. They are interactive and stay in sync across Microsoft 365 when shared for collaborative work.

The Redmond-based tech giant will release the ability to create rich artifacts in Microsoft 365 starting in April, and it will be generally available to all users.

In related news, Microsoft has started to enhance Copilot with many capabilities: for instance, the AI tool will address people by the pronouns they prefer, and it will also help them prepare for important meetings by reminding them about it.
