Let's keep in touch!
A touchpad, commonly known as a trackpad, glide pad, pressure-sensitive tablet, or glide point, is a pointing device that allows users to move a mouse pointer with the help of their finger.
This cursor can be easily used to point to, activate, and choose items on a screen. Moreover, the touchpad itself usually has two buttons below the touch surface – one to left-click and another one to right-click with ease. Therefore, touchpads became a common feature of laptops and even of some modern portable media players.
