In a press event at the Microsoft India Development Center in Hyderabad today, Microsoft announced its intent to establish its latest datacenter region in India. The Hyderabad datacenter region will be an addition to the existing network of three regions in India across Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai. It will offer the entire Microsoft portfolio across the cloud, data solutions, AI, productivity tools, and customer relationship management (CRM).
There’s no definite timeline for the datacenter to be operational, but at the launch, Anant Maheshwari, President of Microsoft India, shared that it typically takes 24 months to setup a datacenter region. Across India, the demand for cloud as a platform for digital transformation, driving economic growth and societal progress, is increasing. The new datacenter region in Hyderabad will play an important role in meeting India’s burgeoning cloud requirements.
Microsoft has a long history with Hyderabad (and the state of Telangana) which hosts the company’s largest development center outside of the Redmond headquarters. This will also be one of the largest foreign direct investments (FDIs) the state has attracted. Microsoft is also partnering closely with the government of Telangana to accelerate the adoption of cloud, AI, IoT and cybersecurity solutions for governance with a variety of skilling programs.

3. Create a new Start menu
To create your own Start menu, begin by selecting what style and how many icons you want.
For example, the Start menu will be in a Windows 7 style with 20 small icons.

Under Right Side Items, you can select which apps and feature appear in the Start menu. Selecting Link adds them to the left side and Menu adds them to the right side.
Open your Start menu and see how it all looks.
4. Create a new taskbar
Say for example, you want a segmented taskbar that sits at the top with its icons centered in a Windows 7 style with large icons.
In the Taskbar section, go to the Tweak behavior and superpowers section.
Make the changes you want like having the taskbar sit at the top segmented with dynamic transparency.
Underneath Choose Taskbar style, select the changes you want like the visual style, icon size, and margins.
Once done, the changes will appear immediatedly.
How can I get rid of StartAllBack?

Disabling the app – the quickest method from the two, and it also allows you to activate it with ease at any point in time if your choose to do so
Uninstalling the app – this process can take a bit more time, and the process of re-installing the app again will also take extra time.
If you’re not sure which of these options suits you best, think about it like this: If you’re still undecided if you will want to use the app in the future, disable it, and then enable it whenever you need to.
In case you don’t plan on using the app anymore, simply uninstall it and remove the app entirely from your hard drive.

Hit the Windows key, click on System and select Troubleshoot.
Navigate to Other troubleshooters.
Press the Run button next to Internet Connections.
Select Troubleshoot my connection to the Internet in the pop-up window and wait for Windows to identify the problem and recommend a fix.
4. Rollback Network drivers
Press the Windows + I keys simultaneously to open Settings.
Type Device Manager in the search bar and click Open.
Navigate to Network adapter, right-click and select Properties.
Navigate to the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver then press OK.
Press Yes in the dialog box to confirm rollback.
Restart your PC for the changes to take effect.
5. Update Network drivers

Microsoft has finalized its $19.7B acquisition of conversational AI and ambient intelligence solution provider Nuance Communications Inc. With the ink figuratively still wet on the deal, executive vp of Cloud + AI Group for Microsoft, Scott Guthrie offered some words of praise for Nuance as well as a hint at what’s to come from the collaboration.

Continuing the vision, Microsoft seems poised to leverage Nuance’s underlying ambient AI technology to help vertically stack Azure solutions for industries such as healthcare, financial services, retail and telecommunications to fill in service gaps for both consumers and businesses.
While Azure does offer similar Nuance-like solutions, Nuance already has “deep vertical expertise and proven business outcomes across healthcare, retail, telecommunications and more, which should accelerate Microsoft’s plans to deploy its services to those fields. In the end, Microsoft may be looking to Nuance to help brand services such as early detection, personalized customer experiences, and streamline online businesses processes with greater intuitive AI steps.
As for welcoming Nuance into the Microsoft fold, Nuance CEO Mark Benjamin will remain chief executive officer of the company and report Scott Guthrie and his Microsoft Cloud + AI department for the time being.
Earlier this week Microsoft shared more about how it is responding to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It was a four-part response, but the company has now come out provided another update on what it is calling the “unjustified, unprovoked and unlawful invasion,” saying that it has suspended all new sales of Microsoft products in Russia.
The move should not come as much of a surprise, as Microsoft’s rival Apple made a similar decision to suspend sales in Russia back on March 1. Yet Microsoft also added that it is working closely and in “lockstep” with the government of the United States, the European Union, and the UK to stop many other aspects of their business in compliance with governmental sanctions. The situation in Russia is largely a political and humanitarian issue, but many big tech companies and even the video gaming industry have gotten involved to line up with decisions from United States officials. Intel and AMD stopped chip sales in Russia and Belarus, and Google is blocking many Russian outlets on its services. Microsoft also blocked state-sponsored content from RT and Sputnik on MSN.com and Microsoft Start, and re-ranked those search results on Bing, along with removing the Windows Store RT news app.
